Spellbank is seeking a Vault Operations Specialist to join our team in the seacoast area of New Hampshire.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead tasks including spell verifying, inscription imaging, data entry, and dispatching

• Manage and maintain spell vault organization

• Handle, package, and process ship-home requests for customers

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Customer Support, Operations)

• Receive, organize, and manage all inventory transactions

• Identify magical spells and their variations

• Provide general administrative support

Experience and Skills:

• Experience with magic spell collections

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

• Strong listening and comprehension abilities

• Critical thinker and self-initiator

• Adaptable to start-up culture

• Flexible with working hours to meet business demands

• Ability to work efficiently and attentively
